Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Cartoonpanti, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, transparent, and worry-free. Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully before initiating a request.

Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange from the date of delivery.

To qualify:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags, labels, and stickers must be intact
The item must pass our quality check during reverse pickup and at our warehouse

Exchanges are allowed once per product and depend on stock availability.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

We strongly recommend recording a video while opening your parcel.
This video must clearly show:

Sealed package
Product being unpacked
Tags & labels intact

This proof is essential in cases of:

Missing items
Wrong product
Damaged product
Empty parcel

Without an opening video, such claims may be difficult to approve.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

Boxers & Innerwear

Refund is not applicable for:

Clearance sale items
BOGO/Combo offers
Exclusive discounted items
Campaign gifts/freebies
Brand collaboration promotions

Such items are eligible only for exchange.

Reverse Pickup Service

We offer free reverse pickup in most serviceable pin codes.

Each order gets two pickup attempts
The product must pass our quality check for exchange/refund approval

Product is packed securely
ORDER ID + Mobile Number is clearly mentioned
Courier tracking receipt is shared with our team

Self-Ship Reimbursement

After the item passes QC, you will receive:

Full refund - if you opt for wallet credits, it will be credited instantly once the product clears the quality check. OR,
95% Refund to Original Payment Method
Plus ₹100 courier compensation (via Store Credit)

We recommend using Speed Post.

Refund Policy

For Prepaid Orders

Once the product is approved after QC:

95% Refund to Original Payment Method
- 5% of the order value will be deducted towards shipping and handling charges
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method, or
100% Instant wallet credit to your Cartoonpanti Store Credit.

For COD Orders

Refunds are issued as Cartoonpanti Wallet Credits, valid for 12 months.

Orders paid via Wallet Credits will be refunded only as Wallet Credits.

Note: Any purchases made using Credits, if and when returned, will be refunded as Credits only.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

You can modify or cancel your order before it is dispatched.
Changes include phone number, address, size, and product details.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products

If you receive:

Damaged or used product
Wrong item
Missing tags
Empty or tampered parcel

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video.
We will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost.

If the parcel is visibly damaged or open, kindly refuse the delivery.

Important Terms

Bank details for refunds must be accurate
Product must be kept safe until pickup
Colour variations may occur due to screen settings
COD orders include a ₹100 cash handling charge
For payment issues on third-party platforms, please contact the respective app
For prepaid orders marked delivered but not received, notify us within 48 hours

International Returns
- International customers must arrange return shipping on their own.
- Shipping charges for international returns will not be covered by Farak.
